Junior Web Developer

About the Role

Lucent Digital is a real estate marketing company. This is a full-time, hybrid Web Developer role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Web Developer will build and maintain responsive websites and web applications that support real estate marketing campaigns and lead-generation funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Implement front-end interfaces.
• Integrate back-end services.
• Optimize site performance.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with designers and marketers.
• Translate campaign goals into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues.
• Continuously improve user experience.
• Contribute to technical planning, documentation, and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• At least one modern framework or library

Qualifications

• Strong Web Development and Programming skills.
• Experience building and maintaining modern web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including responsive layout implementation and interactive user interfaces.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with server-side logic, APIs, and database integration.
• Solid understanding of Web Design principles, focusing on usability, accessibility, and conversion-oriented layouts.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing and design teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to meet project deadlines.
• Experience in digital marketing or real estate domains is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
