Your Role And Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business process/data advice to support ongoing operations and new software development.
• Utilize knowledge on systems, procedures, and emerging technologies.
• Oversee the development and validate the functionality of the final product.
• Contribute to the Motion IS Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the functional point of contact for Sustainability and L&I reporting requirements, supporting the build of new structured data products.
• Collect, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications for structured data products.
• Collaborate closely with Business Data Owners, ESG, L&I experts, and IT teams to ensure correct interpretation and implementation of metrics and calculations.
• Support change management by assessing impacts of new or evolving requirements on existing data products and reporting processes.
• Contribute to data quality management, supporting root‑cause analysis and resolution of data issues together with IT and business stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining functional documentation, including data definitions, business rules, and reporting logic aligned with governance and data catalog’s standards.
• Support testing, validation, and acceptance of data products and reports by business users prior to release and publication.
• Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, or gaps in data and reporting processes to ensure transparency and compliance.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hybrid work model.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Sustainability, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst, preferably in ESG, sustainability, or regulatory reporting contexts.
• Good understanding of ESG and/or L&I reporting frameworks, KPIs, and data concepts (e.g. environmental, social, and governance metrics).
• Experience working with structured data, data models, and reporting solutions in a complex organization.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and communicate effectively with technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
