About the Role

• Designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.
• UI, API, and end-to-end test automation using Playwright.
• Python-based automation development, scripting, and test framework implementation.
• Fixture-based test architecture, reusable components, and Page Object Model (POM) design patterns.
• SQL and database testing skills, with experience in Oracle databases preferred.
• Testing AI Chatbots, Conversational AI platforms, or GenAI-powered applications.
• Validating complex business rules, workflows, and data integrity across multiple systems.
• Handling AI response validation, prompt testing, and scenarios involving ambiguous or dynamic outputs.
• Debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Writing clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented automation code following coding standards and best practices.
• Integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Git-based source control and collaborative development practices.
• Working in Agile/Scrum environments with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across QA, Development, Product, and Business teams.
• Working independently and handling challenging testing scenarios in fast-paced environments.
