About the Role

The Owner role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves setting the strategic direction for the business, shaping the service portfolio, and overseeing key client relationships to ensure exceptional delivery and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior leadership within technology, consulting, or data-focused organizations.
• Strong background in data and analytics, with an understanding of Analytics & Automation and digital innovation within financial services and/or the public sector.
• Ability to define and execute business and IT transformation strategies, including long-term planning, change management, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership development to drive growth and ROI.
• Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and profitability oversight.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and lead diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in or with organizations in Mumbai or similar markets, and familiarity with the financial services or public sector landscape is an advantage.
