About the Role
Event University is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Admission Counselor to effectively convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Convert generated leads into confirmed admissions by explaining courses, career opportunities, and institute benefits.
- Invite and schedule student visits to the institute for counseling and campus orientation.
- Conduct one-to-one counseling sessions with students and parents to help them choose suitable programs.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates until the admission process is completed.
- Maintain and update lead and student data in the admission records or CRM system.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, batches, and admission procedures.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams for smooth admission operations.
