About the Role

And PR Agency is a PR and branding agency specializing in celebrity styling, luxury fashion brands, brand visibility, and marketing. We work with premium brands to strengthen their market presence and connect with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), celebrities, stylists, and relevant industry networks. We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Intern to support the growth of our luxury brand portfolio. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching branding and marketing solutions, building business relationships, and assisting in client acquisition.

Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time | On-site

Working Days: 5.5 days a week (alternate Saturdays off)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential luxury, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and premium product brands.
• Pitch PR, branding, marketing, celebrity styling, and promotional services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and online research.
• Connect with brand owners, marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers.
• Maintain a database of prospects, follow-ups, meetings, and sales opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team for client presentations.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Track competitor activities, luxury market trends, and potential brand collaborations.
• Support client onboarding and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Work towards weekly and monthly lead-generation and client-acquisition targets.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in pitching services and speaking with senior professionals.
• Interest in luxury fashion, branding, PR, marketing, and premium lifestyle products.
• Good research, networking, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and email communication.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn business development.

Qualifications

• Freshers and candidates pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or Management may apply.
