Role Description

This is an on-site internship for a Corporate Recruiter role based in Prabhadevi (Mumbai).

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Managing the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Sourcing candidates through various platforms.
• Coordinating interview processes.
• Maintaining an organized recruitment database.

Qualifications

• Proficient in talent sourcing, candidate pipeline building, and recruitment strategies.
• Experience in candidate screening, interviewing techniques, and offer negotiations.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and professional networks for recruitment purposes.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Understanding of employment laws and best hiring practices.
