About the Role

The Hotel Reservation Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur at HOTEL RATAN VILAS. The associate handles room reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring accurate booking details and timely confirmations. The hotel serves guests visiting Jodhpur with comfortable accommodations and personalized service. Team members work in a guest-focused environment that values professionalism, reliability, and courteous behavior toward all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle room reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels.
• Ensure accurate booking details and timely confirmations.
• Manage reservation systems.
• Update guest records.
• Coordinate with reception and housekeeping to prepare for arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest inquiries.
• Explain room options and rates.
• Process modifications or cancellations.
• Resolve basic booking-related issues.
• Assist with check-in support during busy periods.
• Collaborate with the food & beverage team to note special requests, packages, or meal plans linked to reservations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Reservations skills, including familiarity with booking systems.
• Basic data entry accuracy.
• Receptionist Duties skills, such as handling inquiries, managing front-office coordination, and organizing guest information.
• Basic Food & Beverage awareness to coordinate guest meal plans, special dietary requests, and relevant packages.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
