Junior Financial Analyst

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Financial Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Junior Financial Analyst will support senior team members by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data for client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Support financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Contribute to periodic financial reporting and performance dashboards.
• Prepare spreadsheets and reports.
• Identify trends and variances.
• Help develop insights that inform client recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain documentation that supports audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Skills in Finance.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data.
• Skills in Financial Planning.
• Skills in Financial Reporting.
• Skills related to Financial Statements, including understanding balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization or reporting software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Numerical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present findings clearly to team members and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Internships or project experience in finance are preferred.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
