About the Role

The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting strategic direction, defining business goals, and overseeing company performance across delivery, operations, finance, and talent management.
• Guiding business development initiatives.
• Nurturing key client relationships.
• Ensuring high-quality delivery of technology solutions aligned with market needs.
• Leading senior teams.
• Making investment and resource allocation decisions.
• Monitoring financial health, risk, and compliance.
• Representing the company in industry forums.
• Building partnerships.
• Fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership and business management skills, including experience in setting vision, defining growth strategies, and managing P&L or overall company performance.
• Operational and organizational management abilities, such as overseeing cross-functional teams, optimizing processes, and implementing performance metrics.
• Business development and client relationship skills, including experience in sales, account management, partnership building, and contract negotiation.
• Technical and digital transformation understanding, preferably within Microsoft technologies, data analytics, cloud solutions, and enterprise software delivery.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, investment decision-making, and risk management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse internal and external audiences.
• Proven track record in leading or co-leading a technology, consulting, or digital solutions company; prior experience in global or multi-location operations is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience leading high-growth organizations is highly valued.
