About the Role

The Intern role at The 10X Agency is an on-site position based in Kanpur. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the agency environment, with opportunities to learn about digital strategy, client communication, and project execution under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with digital marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to website content updates.
• Help with basic research and data collection.
• Organize project documentation.
• Prepare simple reports.
• Collaborate with team members on client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing, website development, and online business growth, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet tools, social media platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple simple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively on-site with diverse team members and clients.
• Enrollment in or completion of studies in marketing, business, IT, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
