About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based in Gopalganj.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment and monitoring of vital signs.
• Administer medications and support clinical procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and wellness practices.
• Offer empathetic support to patients and families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to infection control standards.
• Help implement healthcare best practices within the facility.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, medication administration, and basic life support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and support patients and families.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, follow clinical protocols, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment.
• Knowledge of infection control, safety procedures, and best practices for maintaining a hygienic clinical setting.
• Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in nursing).
• Current registration or eligibility to practice as a nurse as per local regulations.
• Comfort working on-site in Gopalganj.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Experience with basic digital tools or electronic health records is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a hospital or clinic setting is an advantage.
