About the Role

RootFolio is a real estate advisory firm seeking an Associate Partner for a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their property requirements, provide tailored recommendations, and guide them through the property search and evaluation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client property requirements, including needs, budget, and long-term goals.
• Provide tailored recommendations and guide clients through site visits and property evaluations.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with developers and property owners.
• Support negotiations to finalize deals aligned with client needs and budgets.
• Stay informed about local market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property options.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a high standard of advisory services.
• Contribute to business development efforts.
• Uphold RootFolio’s values of transparency, integrity, and client focus.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Client advisory and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand diverse property needs and offer clear, objective guidance.
• Knowledge of real estate markets (preferably Jaipur and Rajasthan), including residential and commercial property trends, pricing, and regulatory considerations.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to represent client interests and facilitate win-win outcomes.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort with basic digital tools:
• Spreadsheets
• Presentations
• CRM or lead management systems

Qualifications

• Prior experience in real estate advisory, sales, or consulting is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong client-facing skills from related fields may also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
