Engineer Trainee, B.Tech Chemical

About the Role

This is an entry-level position for an Engineer Trainee focused on Chemical processes within tyre manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain quality standards across tyre manufacturing processes.
• Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, compounds, and finished tyres.
• Support in-process quality inspections and product testing.
• Analyze quality defects, customer complaints, and rejection data.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, testing reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Quality teams for continuous improvement.
