About the Role

The Chubb Associate Program is an entry-level role in the insurance industry, designed to serve as a foundation for a career in insurance. The two-year program accelerates development, enhances networks, and supports career goals. This role is part of Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency (CISA), a Chubb-owned agency focused on expanding distribution by onboarding and tracking newly appointed agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Use advanced tools to determine insurable risks.
• Address difficult situations and exposures to help people and businesses face them with confidence.
• Contribute to the results of a team through challenging assignments.
• Participate in collaborative learning and group assignments with a cohort to gain broader organizational understanding.
• Receive technical training to develop an understanding of the industry and deepen skill levels.
• Engage in personalized development opportunities for immersion into a professional work environment and support of career goals.
• Network and learn from Chubb’s thought leaders through executive engagement.
• Receive mentoring support from managers and former Chubb Associates.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor’s degree required (multiple majors considered).
• GPA of 3.0 or above required.
• Preferred prior work experience: summer jobs, part-time roles, or internships.
• Preferred leadership experience: work, community service, athletics, clubs, or other activities.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the U.S. without need for current or future employment-based sponsorship.
