Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the Role

• Understand the company's products, solutions, and technical offerings.
• Develop an understanding of Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) concepts, applications, and testing requirements.
• Learn relevant industry standards, testing procedures, and application practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical support during the sales process.
• Assist in technical demonstrations, application support, and product evaluations.
• Support customers in understanding EMC-related products, solutions, and applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing application-level support.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to address customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
