Associate Project Coordinator

About the Role

Digital Express Technologies is seeking an organized and tech-savvy Associate Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a 6-month remote internship.

• Location: 100% Remote / Work from Home (India)
• Tenure: 6 Months (Commencing November 01, 2026)
• Working Hours: Flexible (3–5 Hours / Working Day)

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between Web Developers, Mobile App Developers, UI/UX Designers, Social Media Marketers, the Sales team, and Management.
• Project Tracking: Maintain accurate daily/weekly records to ensure deadlines are met.
• Meetings & Communication: Participate in internal and client meetings for project coordination.
• Reporting: Present Weekly and Month-End reports to Management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong understanding of IT workflows.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to organize teams.
• Ready for hands-on experience from Day 1 (basic training provided).

Qualifications

• BTech or equivalent IT/Software knowledge is mandatory.
• An MBA is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Intensive, high-level learning program with industry exposure in a full-stack digital agency.
• Performance Stipend: A lump-sum performance-based stipend ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹20,000 will be awarded upon successful completion, based on productivity, results, and active participation.

Expectations & Core Policies

• Daily Engagement: Mandatory active daily logs, task execution, and timely reporting.
• Performance Clause: End-of-tenure bonus subject to Monthly Performance Analysis. Lack of communication or participation without justification may result in partial or full rejection of the bonus.
• Zero-Tolerance for Inactivity: Negligence or failure to report daily may result in immediate termination. If the internship is terminated early or abandoned, no Internship Certificate or Performance Bonus will be issued.
• Confidentiality: Strict adherence to Non-Disclosure agreements is required for sensitive client data and internal workflows.
