About the Role
We are hiring candidates for the SBI Renewal Process. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to work in a reputed environment with a quick selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer interactions professionally regarding the renewal process.
- Resolving queries in Hindi, English, or Gujarati.
- Maintaining accurate communication standards during calls.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC) or Any Graduate.
- Languages Known: Hindi, English, or Gujarati (Strong spoken communication required).
- Experience: Open to Freshers candidates.
- Shifts: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Joining: Must be ready for immediate joining.
Salary Package (NAPS Program)
- General Process: ₹16,250 per month
- Gujarati Language Process: ₹18,000 per month
