Aesthetic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient appointments, consultation schedules, and coordinate with doctors to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
• Welcome patients, provide a premium patient experience, and assist them throughout their clinic journey.
• Conduct post-consultation counseling by explaining the doctor's recommended treatment plan, procedures, expected outcomes, and pricing.
• Address patient queries and concerns to build confidence and convert consultations into treatment bookings.
• Drive treatment conversions through effective counseling while achieving assigned revenue and conversion targets.
• Identify opportunities for upselling premium treatments and cross-selling complementary aesthetic procedures, skincare products, and wellness services.
• Follow up with consultation leads, existing patients, and pending treatment cases via phone, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversions and retention.
• Coordinate treatment appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure timely communication regarding pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and the front office team to deliver seamless patient care and an exceptional customer experience.
• Prepare daily reports on appointments, consultations, conversions, sales, and patient follow-ups while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to clinic policies.
