Role: Senior Interior Designer
Location: Pune City
About the Role
The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and coordination of FF&E for residential and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review construction drawings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits.
- Oversee installation quality.
- Resolve design and execution issues.
- Maintain consistent design standards across projects.
- Mentor junior designers.
- Contribute to design guidelines.
- Support client presentations and design proposals.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Revit
- 3D visualization tools
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Interior Design and Architecture.
- Ability to develop functional and aesthetically coherent concepts.
- Proficiency in Space Planning and layout optimization.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
