About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Fresher Site Engineer to join our growing Solar Engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will play a vital role in supervising site activities, ensuring quality installation of solar power plants (Rooftop/Ground-mounted), managing on-site labor, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution: Assist in day-to-day on-site execution, installation, and commissioning of solar PV projects as per technical drawings and project schedules.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all electrical and civil installations strictly comply with safety standards, quality control protocols, and local regulation guidelines.
• Labor & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with sub-contractors, site labor, and technicians to monitor progress and maintain daily work quality.
• Material Management: Assist in receiving, verifying, storing, and tracking solar modules, inverters, structures, and balance-of-plant (BOP) materials on site.
• Site Reporting: Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track milestones, and escalate technical issues or delays to project managers promptly.
• Testing & Commissioning: Support the technical team during pre-commissioning checks, inverter configuration, grid connectivity tests, and handovers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related engineering streams (2025/2026 Batch Graduates).
• Technical Skills (Desired): Basic knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical wiring layout, single line diagrams (SLD), and basic usage of MS Excel/AutoCAD.
• Soft Skills: Good communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and strong leadership/labor-handling capacity on site.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel and reside at project sites as required. Must possess a two-wheeler for local commuting.
