Candidate Consultant – Technology Recruitment
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
About the Role
Acceler8 Talent is seeking an ambitious Candidate Consultant to join their growing Boston team. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and managing exceptional technology talent across specialist markets, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Hardware Acceleration, Silicon Photonics, and Quantum Computing. You will work alongside experienced Business Development Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and manage exceptional technology talent.
- Build strong candidate relationships.
- Manage the recruitment process from interview through to offer.
- Play a key role in delivering outstanding results for clients.
