About the Role
Vaidyam Foods is a growing organization in the food industry. This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations.
- Maintain employee records.
- Manage documentation.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
- Assist with performance management activities.
- Handle employee relations.
- Address workplace concerns.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Coordinate HR reports.
- Support compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with management on HR initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficient in basic HR software or HRIS and MS Office tools.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Skills in HR Operations and HR Policies.
- Skills in Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in an HR role, especially in the food or manufacturing sector, is an advantage.
