About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive room bookings, and promote hotel services and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research.
- Analyze competitor activity.
- Assist in sales and promotional initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital and offline channels.
- Prepare marketing reports.
- Manage local partnerships and promotional activities.
- Support loyalty program growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and enhance guest engagement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced hospitality environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic data analysis is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or consumer services marketing is beneficial.
