About the Role
- Manage procurement activities for IT Infrastructure, EUC, Network, Field Services, and Managed Service engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations to drive cost optimization and savings.
- Lead vendor negotiations on pricing, contracts, rate cards, payment terms, and service commitments.
- Collaborate with business, delivery, finance, and procurement stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
- Support sourcing, vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and supplier governance activities.
- Analyze spend data and prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and business insights using Excel.
- Develop and maintain trackers for contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and audit requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications and provide recommendations on sourcing and commercial strategies.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrate advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting, and financial modelling.
