About the Role

We are hiring a Home Loan Officer for HDFC Sales Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert them into home loan opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain home loan products, features, eligibility and applicable processes.
• Recommend suitable loan solutions based on customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
• Coordinate with customers for required documentation.
• Follow up on applications and coordinate for smooth processing.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers throughout the process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹23,000 In-Hand

Qualifications

• Graduate freshers can apply.
• Graduation is mandatory for fresher candidates.
• HSC candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of telesales/sales experience.
• Candidates with prior sales or telesales experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills are required.
• Motivated individuals with a customer-focused approach.
• Interest in building a career in banking and financial services.
