Technical Product Owner

About the Role

• This is a fixed-term contract role in Hyderabad.
• The role operates within the FMCG industry (cosmetics and toiletries) with global exposure, offering a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and manage product priorities for the Technical Product Owner backlog.
• Translate technology needs into clear product requirements for delivery teams.
• Utilize monitoring data to identify product issues and enhance service visibility.
• Integrate observability needs into product plans and delivery work.
• Employ New Relic for tracking product performance and supporting informed decisions.
• Apply Elasticity tools and practices to improve product monitoring.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to plan, review, and deliver product changes.
• Maintain clear product priorities to ensure work supports reliable services within the FMCG industry.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technical Product Owner.
