About the Role
This role is for individuals with no prior experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for IT roles.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Extend job offers and negotiate compensation with candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
