Internship Trainee

About the Role

This is an internship trainee position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling walk-in enquiries & supporting customers at the branch for KYC & documentation upkeep.
• Customer services & orientation.
• In-house cross-sell of products (only inside the branch).
• Interest collection calling & informing need updates on callings to existing customers.
• Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to clients.
• Providing client service to existing customers.
• Managing all aspects of customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers at a branch for KYC & documentation.
• Experience with customer services & orientation.
• Experience with in-house cross-selling of products.
• Experience with interest collection calling to existing customers.
• Experience prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Experience pitching to clients.
• Experience providing client service to existing customers.
