Harkaran Boparai Studio (HBS) is a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio specializing in luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. We focus on creating distinctive spaces through thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling. We are looking for a highly creative and technically skilled content creator who can translate the studio’s design philosophy, projects, and everyday creative process into compelling visual content for digital platforms.

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile creative professional with strong expertise in videography, photography, video editing, and content direction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing the complete content production process, from conceptualization and on-site shoots to post-production and publishing-ready deliverables. The role will involve creating premium visual content for Instagram and other digital platforms, including behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage, project showcases, reels, interviews, studio culture, and creative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video and photographic content for HBS projects, social media, and brand communications.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content, project progress, site visits, design processes, team interactions, and studio activities.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, cinematic walkthroughs, and other platform-specific content.
• Lead or assist with shoot conceptualization, storyboarding, shot planning, lighting, composition, and creative direction.
• Handle professional photography and videography, including architecture, interiors, lifestyle, portraits, and detail-oriented product or material shots.
• Independently manage video editing, color grading, sound design, transitions, and final content delivery.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts aligned with HBS’s luxury brand positioning.
• Stay updated with social media trends, visual storytelling techniques, and emerging content formats without compromising the studio’s premium aesthetic.
• Organize and maintain footage, photographs, project files, and content libraries.
• Coordinate shoots at project sites, the studio, and other locations as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong proficiency in professional videography and photography.
• Demonstrated expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, stabilisers, and audio equipment.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, framing, colour grading, storytelling, and visual composition.
• Ability to independently conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality content.
• Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video formats, and digital content trends.
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and an understanding of premium visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work on location, manage multiple shoots, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience working with architecture, luxury interiors, real estate, hospitality, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Experience directing shoots and coordinating with creative teams, talent, or production partners.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original photography, cinematic videos, BTS content, and edited social media work.
• Familiarity with content planning, creative scripting, and production workflows.
