Fleet Studio is a product-focused company of technologists, creatives, and strategists dedicated to building high-quality digital experiences.

As a Client Relations Associate Intern at Fleet Studio, you will support the client engagement team in managing daily communication and coordination with existing and prospective clients. This is an on-site internship role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing client presentations, documentation, and status reports.
• Track project progress and follow up on action items.
• Gather client feedback.
• Update internal systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Contribute to basic research on client industries and competitors to support proposals and planning.

Qualifications

• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle calls, emails, and meetings professionally.
• Basic understanding of digital products or services (web apps, mobile apps, ecommerce) and interest in the technology or design domain.
• Organizational and coordination skills, including maintaining records, tracking tasks, and supporting project timelines.
• Analytical and research abilities to gather client requirements, perform market or competitor research, and summarize findings clearly.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; comfort with preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing documents.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, slide decks, and collaboration platforms) is an advantage.
