Human Resources Intern

About the Role

The Staffing Guild is seeking a passionate HR Intern. This internship is a learning opportunity designed to help individuals become freelance recruiters. The intern will engage with our global Talent Community, learning and conducting recruitment and headhunting.

• The role is 6 months long.
• There is no associated stipend.
• A total of 6-10 work hours per week are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Post and manage job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
• Organize employee engagement activities, events, and communication initiatives to enhance company culture.
• Help maintain employee records, update HR database, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in other HR-related projects and tasks as required by the team.
• Other Duties as Assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
• A learning mindset and a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
