Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the Role

This is a Graduate Engineer Trainee position at Kirloskar Chillers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing service reports and service calls to identify potential opportunities for spare parts, service contracts, and Value-Added Products (VAP).
• Support the sales team in lead tracking, quotation follow-ups, and order conversion activities.
• Participate in aftermarket sales promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and business development campaigns to generate enquiries and promote aftermarket products and services.
• Assist in identifying potential rental chiller business opportunities, tracking customer enquiries, and coordinating with branches for necessary information and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update the all-India VAP enquiry tracker based on leads generated by service engineers across branches.
• Monitor enquiry progress, coordinate follow-ups, and prepare periodic reports.
• Work closely with the team, sales coordinators, and service engineers to understand customer requirements, track leads, and support aftermarket sales activities.
