About the Role

The Lemon8 Creator Partnership Team is dedicated to building and scaling strong creator ecosystems within key lifestyle verticals, including fashion. The team collaborates closely with creators through hands-on onboarding, partnership management, and leveraging platform insights and content trends to drive high-quality content creation. By supporting creators and nurturing long-term partnerships, the team aims to enhance content diversity, discovery, and overall user engagement on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end creator partnership establishment, including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, reporting, and analysis.
• Utilize data to identify emerging creators, attract, and cultivate strong connections and relationships with creators to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon8.
• Coach and guide creators on improving platform content quality through editing (photo/video) and create external-facing graphics/visuals when necessary.
• Analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
• Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users, identifying potential issues and finding solutions to achieve goals.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience in creator partnership or data analysis.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong understanding of content and trends.
• Ability to identify abstract content characteristics in structured and systematic ways.
• Data analysis capabilities and strong user empathy.
• Experience working with large sets of data to generate insights and conduct root cause analyses.
• Experience working with a large technology company is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and above.
