About the Role
All Star Physical Therapy in Escondido, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient orthopedic team. The role involves ensuring great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing dedicated PTAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
- Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
- Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
- AHA BLS required.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
- AI documentation software (mentioned as a tool to reduce documentation time).
Qualifications
- Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
- $46 - $56/hour
- Daily productivity incentives (up to an extra $1300/month)
