Car Driver

About the Role

Car Driver is an organization focused on providing reliable and safe transportation services. Operations are centered around meeting customer schedules, ensuring comfort, and maintaining safety standards.

This is a full-time hybrid Car Driver role based in Neemrana. Primary duties are on-site with some work-from-home tasks such as scheduling, reporting, or communication as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate company or client vehicles to transport passengers or goods safely and punctually, following traffic laws and internal policies.
• Perform basic vehicle checks.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Coordinate routes.
• Communicate with dispatch or supervisors.
• Assist passengers when needed.
• Handle customer inquiries courteously.
• Document trips, mileage, and any incidents.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Support service quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Familiarity with local routes in and around Neemrana.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as required.
• Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions, completing logs, and handling simple documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members.
• Customer Service and Service Quality skills to ensure a positive passenger experience and consistent, professional service.
• Automotive-related skills, including basic vehicle knowledge and safe driving practices.
• Training-related skills or a willingness to participate in ongoing training on safety, routes, and service standards.
• Previous experience in professional driving or transport services is preferred but not mandatory.
