About the Role
The Data Analyst role at IRL Softech Solution is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. This role focuses on delivering data-centric solutions to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources.
- Perform statistical and analytical assessments.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Interpret data trends.
- Build and maintain data models.
- Prepare visualizations.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical tasks, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Document methods.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Contribute to process optimization and best practices in data management.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities.
- Solid knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Data Modeling skills.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Proficiency in at least one data analysis or visualization tool (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
