Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage daily class scheduling between learners & instructors.
• Handle rescheduling requests smoothly.
• Ensure optimal slot allocation with minimal conflicts.
• Act as the bridge between customers and instructors.
• Customer Interaction (Scheduling-Focused)
• Assist learners in booking and planning their classes.
• Resolve scheduling-related queries (timings, availability, changes).
• Ensure a smooth and hassle-free learning experience.
• Operations Execution
• Track daily schedules and completion rates.
• Identify gaps in scheduling and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records using internal tools / sheets.
