AI Product Internship

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical individuals passionate about Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, and Product Development. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of financial concepts and a keen interest in building AI-powered products for the financial services industry. Candidates who have developed academic, personal, or professional projects related to loans, insurance, investments, or other financial services will be strongly preferred. You will work closely with our Product and Technology teams to research AI technologies, develop prototypes, improve product workflows, and contribute to live FinTech solutions across One Bharat's website, CRM, Loan Origination System (LOS), and Loan Management System (LMS).

This is a full-time, onsite internship based in Goregaon East, Mumbai.

Only candidates currently based in Mumbai who can regularly commute to the office and commit to an onsite internship should apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate AI models, tools, frameworks, and technologies relevant to the FinTech industry.
• Assist in developing AI-powered features for One Bharat's website, CRM, LOS, and LMS.
• Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), product workflows, wireframes, and functional specifications.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research within the FinTech and financial services sectors.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and evaluate their output quality.
• Support AI-driven automation initiatives across internal business processes.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, FinTech, and Product Development.
• Basic knowledge of finance and financial services, particularly loans, insurance, investments, or related products.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have built or worked on finance-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain projects and technical concepts clearly.
• A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and an ownership mindset.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design principles is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate students, or recent graduates in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, IT, Finance, or related fields.
• Academic projects, personal projects, internships, hackathons, or research work related to AI and financial services will be preferred.
