Entry Level Sales Representative LHWS

About the Role

• Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000+
• Provide potential customers with expertise and education about the benefits of Leaf Home Water Solutions.
• Identify potential homeowner challenges that Leaf Home has solutions for by conducting quick home inspections from the street.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by covering an assigned territory daily, going door to door and engaging prospective customers.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home.
• Gather information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team.
• Develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives.
• Ensure a high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure potential customers have an exceptional experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals.
• Customer focused and results oriented.
• Professional demeanor and attire.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.

Physical Demands

• Ability to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements, including inclement weather.
• Extended periods of walking / standing required.
• Field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
