About the Role

MetaGO is dedicated to transforming metabolic health and obesity care in India through proactive, specialist-led, and science-backed interventions. We are building the technology ecosystem that supports personalized health journeys, from diagnostics to medication delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the development of AI-powered features, including AI Health and Fitness Coaches, AI-driven Sales flows, predictive AI alert content marketing, hyper-intelligent chatbots, human-like AI voice calls, and AI video generation.
• Building omnichannel tooling and operating systems to streamline workflows for various internal teams, including Acquisition, Sales, Customer Success and Support, Medical Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
• Enhancing the MetaGO App, the daily companion for members.
• Improving the Meds Pipeline, a zero-friction logistics network for medication delivery.
• Developing the Data Brain, a platform for connecting consults, lab reports, doses, and weigh-ins.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Leadership: Ability to lead from the front and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strategy: Capacity to define a product vision and a multi-year strategy.
• Execution: Skill in breaking down strategy into prioritized quarterly roadmaps and driving completion.
• Data-backed Decisions: Ability to ask pertinent questions and leverage data for decision-making.
• Business Acumen: Focus on building a significant business through product development.
• Technical Proficiency: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and influence design and architecture.
