The Assistant role at TRADERsloop is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Assistant will support daily operations, including coordinating schedules, managing communication with learners and partners, and organizing documents and reports.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Computer Proficiency: Good working knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email correspondence, Google Calendar management, scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and other office productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Freshers Preferred: Freshers are encouraged to apply and will be given preference.
• Excellent English Communication Skills: Must be well versed in spoken and written English, with fluency, clarity, and confidence.
• English Medium Education Preferred: Candidates who have completed their schooling at an English medium institution will be given preference.
• Professional Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Multitasking and Independence: Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritise assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professionalism and Customer Service: Polite, confident, presentable, and professional personality with a customer-focused approach and the ability to handle inquiries efficiently.
• Educational Qualifications: No minimum educational qualification is required. Communication skills and overall suitability will be given greater importance than formal educational qualifications.
