About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable Mutual Fund Trainer responsible for training Relationship Managers (RMs) on mutual fund products, investment concepts, market trends, and portfolio analysis. The role also involves conducting mutual fund research, analyzing schemes and market developments, and providing actionable insights to strengthen the team's product knowledge and client advisory capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Train Relationship Managers on mutual funds, investment products, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and market fundamentals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to improve RMs' product knowledge, client advisory skills, and ability to explain investment solutions.
• Research and analyze mutual fund schemes, fund performance, portfolio composition, fund managers, and market trends.
• Prepare research reports, scheme comparisons, presentations, and training materials to support informed investment recommendations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of mutual funds, financial markets, investment products, and portfolio analysis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to research mutual fund schemes and interpret financial data.
• AMFI/NISM certifications or relevant financial qualifications are preferred.
