About the Role
Junior Accountant GCAS (SAP Concur - Travel & Expense)
Reports to: Senior Accountant GCAS
Role Type: Individual Contributor
Job Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Travel & Expense accounting according to the standard Service Description for T&E and relevant work instructions.
- Handle advances.
- Audit, process, and initiate payments of travel and expense claims.
- Provide end-user support.
- Perform Concur month-end activities.
- Monitor T&E file transfers and solve issues.
- Upload employee files onto Concur.
- Monitor information flow and handle errors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce OR Any graduate with relevant experience.
- Accounting & Reporting Skills
- Good communication skills are a must.
- International stakeholders’ management experience is preferred.
