UI/UX Web Designer (fast + sharp) 🎨

About the Role

The Compounding Method is looking for a designer who can turn a brief into a stunning, conversion-focused website, and do it fast. This role is for designers only and is not a developer role. The deliverable is the design (Figma), not HTML, CSS, or WordPress builds. The focus is on layouts, visual systems, and UX thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-converting websites and landing pages
• Go from brief → wireframe → polished UI quickly
• Work closely with our performance marketing team
• Keep every design clean, responsive, and on-brand

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Figma (inside out knowledge)
• UX, layout, typography, and conversion understanding
• Ability to work fast without cutting corners

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of live websites
• Portfolio should showcase layouts, visual systems, and UX thinking, not mostly code, GitHub, or "I built this site."

Bonus Skills

• Webflow
• Framer
• WordPress/Elementor
• AI design tools

Hiring Process

• Portfolio review
• 1-week paid trial on real work (part time is acceptable)
• Strong trial leads to hiring
