About the Role

Assure Clinic is a Mumbai-based health, wellness, and cosmetics clinic specializing in advanced hair and skin care solutions. The Hair Transplant Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based at Assure Clinic in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet prospective clients and explain hair transplant procedures.
• Guide clients through available treatment options in a clear and reassuring manner.
• Conduct consultations.
• Assess client needs in coordination with medical staff.
• Provide treatment quotations.
• Follow up with leads to support conversion and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Coordinate appointments.
• Ensure a smooth pre- and post-treatment experience.
• Collaborate closely with dermatologists, clinic managers, and support staff.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales Consulting skills.
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service capabilities.
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
• Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, cosmetics, or clinic-based sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to build trust, handle confidential information, and manage sensitive conversations with empathy.
• Comfort with using CRM tools or basic clinic management software.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Mumbai.
• Professional and client-focused demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Specialized training in sales, marketing, or healthcare is an advantage.
