About the Role

Orma Studios is seeking a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer based in Bengaluru. This role involves creating and refining visual concepts for brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine visual concepts, including logos, brand assets, marketing materials, and digital graphics for web and social media.
• Collaborate with account and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Translate briefs into design solutions.
• Present concepts to internal stakeholders.
• Work on layout design, typography choices, and color palettes.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
• Prepare production-ready files.
• Iterate based on feedback.
• Stay current with design trends and tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually coherent and engaging layouts.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identities.
• Solid understanding of Typography, with skill in selecting and pairing typefaces for readability and impact.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, including brand assets, marketing materials, and digital graphics.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
• Effective communication skills and openness to constructive feedback and iterative design processes.
• Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
