About the Role

The Owner role at PAPL Corp is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role oversees the overall strategic direction and growth of the company, including business development, client relationships, and international operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, decision-making, and team guidance.
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Background in consulting, construction, engineering, or vertical transportation/elevator systems is highly beneficial.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions.
• Ability to operate on-site in Bengaluru and coordinate with subsidiaries in international locations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
