About the Role

The Business Development Intern role at Cucu Advertising is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This position offers exposure to agency operations and an opportunity to learn client acquisition strategies in a fast-paced advertising environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the business development team by identifying prospective clients.
• Assist with lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups.
• Conduct market research.
• Analyze trends.
• Prepare presentations.
• Contribute to proposals and pitch materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings.
• Respond to basic client inquiries.
• Help ensure a smooth client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data and business metrics.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead Generation capabilities, with interest in prospecting, outreach, and pipeline support.
• Market Research skills to study competitors, industry trends, and client needs.
• Customer Service orientation to support positive client interactions and relationship building.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools is a plus).
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate in a team setting.
