About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling AI-native creative studio operating at the intersection of generative media, cinematic storytelling, and immersive technology. Building the next wave of AI-powered narrative experiences—from short films and brand storytelling to interactive cinema—using state-of-the-art diffusion models, multimodal generation, and temporal editing systems. The team blends technical mastery with artistic vision to ship emotionally resonant, commercially viable content that redefines how stories are made and consumed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and direct AI-generated short films and cinematic sequences using diffusion models, text-to-video, and image-to-video pipelines.
• Refine prompts, control sequences, and post-process AI outputs to achieve cinematic quality, emotional tone, and narrative coherence.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to tune generative models, train LoRAs or ControlNets, and build reusable style templates for rapid content production.
• Integrate AI outputs into traditional editing workflows (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro) with VFX, motion graphics, sound design, and color grading support.
• Develop production playbooks for AI-driven filmmaking—documenting prompts, tools, model choices, and creative guardrails.
• Pioneer novel cinematic techniques unique to generative video, such as dynamic camera control, character consistency, and temporal continuity hacks.
